How to track your order

Fern Valley Farms ships all Wholesale orders UPS with an adult signature required. Please refer to the shipping confirmation email you received to find your tracking number.

You can find the updated delivery status for your order by entering your tracking number on the UPS website, which can be found here:

These packages CANNOT be rerouted to an access point.  If you are unable to sign for the package the day of your scheduled delivery, please contact our office at (541) 897-0151 and we will request to have your package held at a local UPS hub.

We will not be responsible for missing packages that are routed to access points.
